The quotes on our pages come from customers who ordered a book from us.
They are reviews that customers left on Trustpilot after they received their book.
We quote reviews as their authors wrote them. Sometimes we shorten a review or fix an obvious typo, and we change nothing else. Each quote is signed with a first name, a first name and the initial of the surname, or "A customer": we don't show surnames.
We choose a few quotes for our pages. All reviews, including critical ones, are on our Trustpilot page.
