• How to create a photo book from uploaded photos?

  Creating a photo book from uploaded photos is very simple:

  1. Click the "Create Photo Book" button at the top of the Photobooks from Uploaded photos page.
  2. Upload minimum 21 photos.
  3. Your photo book is ready to preview!

• What photos formats are supported?

  We support the following image formats:

  • .jpg
  • .jpeg
  • .png
  • .heic
  • .heif

• What are the restrictions for uploading photos?

  For speed and print quality considerations, we impose the following restrictions on photo uploads:

  • File size should be less than 10MB.
  • File resolution should be a minimum of 900px in width or height.
  • File resolution should be less than 35 megapixels.

• Can I edit the book?

  Editing the book is very simple -- we have two editing modes:

  1. Preview mode: you can change the style of the book, cover, page layout, hide and replace photos, rotate and crop photos and much more.
  2. Edit Photos mode: you can upload, delete, and change the order of photos.

• Is delivery available to my country?

  We deliver photo books to more than 150 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European countries and others.

• What payment methods are available?

  For security reasons, we utilize the Stripe payment system. Depending on your country, the following payment methods may be available:

• How long do you store my photo book?

  The storage time depends on different conditions:

  • We store purchased albums for the entire duration of the account's existence, not exceeding 3 years from the user's last login. This allows you to reorder your albums.
  • Unpurchased albums are saved for 2 weeks from the last editing session. This enables you to revisit and modify your albums.
  • Upon album deletion, photos will be automatically removed from our servers.
